With your choice of: Chicken, barbacoa de res (braised beef shoulder), carnitas, grilled steak, vegetarian, or vegan.

Oaxacan Burrito: Fresh pressed stone ground corn tortilla, rice, beans, salsa, guacamole, crema, cheese, onion, cilantro, and tomato.

Wa Ha Ka Bowl: Organic vegetable of the day, rice, black beans, guacamole, queso fresco, pickled onion, pickled carrot, avocado, cilantro, tomato & salsa.

Oaxacan Nachos: Black beans, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, cilantro, mole, salsa of your choice and onions. 

Chipotle Prawn Plate: Pan-seared shrimp with spicy chipotle sauce. Served with rice, black beans and market fresh vegetable of the day.

Taco Plate: Two tacos with fresh pressed corn tortillas, rice and black beans.

OAXACAN SPECIALTIES
Mole Negro Plate: Our Mole Negro is made with over 23 ingredients ground into a complex, smoky, subtly sweet, rich sauce. Served with Chicken or Organic Vegetables. Rice, Beans & Corn Tortillas.

Enchiladas: 2 corn tortillas dipped into our special sauce, topped with queso fresco, onions & cilantro.

Quesadillas: The classic large fresh corn tortilla folded and stuffed with quesillo, and Jack Cheese.

Tlayuda Tradicional: Handmade large corn tortilla, toasted over a griddle until crunchy and slightly burnt. Similar to a tostada. layered with Asiento spread, black bean puree and sprinkled with cabbage, tomato, avocado and quesillo cheese.

ABOUT

Oaxacan Kitchen started from a cooking class that that the owner taught in 2003. From there they started selling products at the farmers market in Palo Alto, opened a restaurant in Palo Alto in 2007 and started the food truck in 2011. They currently offer a wide variety of corporate and residential catering, including drop off delivery, on site cooking, full service, as well as, the mobile food truck.
